Calculate your Slim-Jimmz weight with this easy formula (weight before weight set which adds up to 3 oz.):

(.85 x Length in feet) + 2 = Bar Weight

Example: 24" bar...(.85 x 2) + 2 = 3.7oz. -Up to 6.7 oz. with 3 pc. weight set.
